Returns Policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please fill out the form included in your order and your return will need to be sent to the following address: BLACKTHOUGHTS LIMITED

If your return is accepted, you will be notified within 3 working days of us receiving your order. 

Please note we cannot accept returns on sale or sample items.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please fill out the form included in your order and select exchange. We will get in touch with you within 3 working days of receiving your exchange request. 


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank to process the refund.
